ConvertAll automatically converts currency amounts and symbols (including the euro) in any document produced using Microsoft Word. ConvertAll works with ALL Microsoft Word 97 documents — letters, quotations, price lists, contracts, catalogues, memos, etc. — and Excel spreadsheets. ConvertAll can be used to convert between any two currencies. The networked version of ConvertAll allows central control of all exchange rates. Using it is simplicity itself! If you know how to use Find & Replace in MS Word, you can start using ConvertAll immediately. Internal and external commercial correspondence — letters, quotations, price lists, catalogues, contracts, etc. — are almost entirely produced by word processing systems and can originate anywhere in the organisation. Conversion errors in these documents can be just as expensive as errors in your core financial systems. In word-processed documents, there is no easy way to ensure adequate control by enforcing specific exchange rates and correct conversion procedures. Until now, that is! ConvertAll solves this problem. It automatically converts currency amounts and symbols (including the euro) in any document produced using Microsoft Word.
