Chat with an easy, yet powerful client.TurboIRC is a powerhouse client for IRC gurus and IRCX experts, yet friendly
enough for chatting newbies to figure out. It's possibly the best chat
client currently available. It offers voice support and scripting, along
with loads of configurability for fonts and colors. The program interface is
easy to use, with attractive picture icons that really tell you what a tool
does. On your first launch, you'll select a nickname and choose from a list
of preloaded chat servers to join the fun. As you gain familiarity with IRC,
you can add aliases, create and run scripts on events, use your sound card
for voice chat, swap files, and even become a chat server. The HTML help
file describes the features (which include multiple languages) and is simple
to navigate, offering quick and clear answers. - Shareware ($30 to register)
