Manage employees with these four modules. The Training Manager stores copies of training certificates and licenses, stores and tracks training history for each employee, alerts users when refresher courses or other events are due, and stores in-house and outside training provider information and course schedules. The Safety Manager manages respirator issuance and fit test records, stores personal protective equipment issuance records, stores medical surveillance records and documents, maintains exposure monitoring records, tracks events that need to be performed on a periodic basis and stores industrial hygiene sample results for all types of constituents . The Equipment Manager stores, manages and tracks your equipment servicing program, alerts can be based on hours of operation, miles traveled or time intervals. The system provides 10 user-definable fields to track any piece of information you want for each asset. The Human Resources Module stores employee contact, compensation history and benefit information, and provides uniform checklist to ensure all required forms are provided and completed. All types of documents can be linked to the system and it manages benefits provided to each employee.
