For the short or medium term rental of apartments or condominiumsRPM Win95/98 is designed for the short or medium term rental of apartments or condominiums. RPM manages reservations, advance deposits, guest check-in / check-out and provides extensive reports on your business activity. Units can be booked from the reservation grid, the daily register of guests or selected from a visual calendar display called the Unit rack. Unit rates are calculated automatically from rate tables that you build. Each unit is assigned to an owner so you can track income and expenses for one or more units for a given owner. The program prints owner statements for a given date range to summarize all activity and calculates a management fee. You can build custom form letters using rich text formatting for confirmation letters and deposits or for developing marketing strategies. You can print envelopes and address labels. For group bookings, custom group confirmation forms and group billing statements can be printed. The program comes preset with sample data so you can begin using RPM right away.
