The currency convertor allow you to make change over 169 currencies. Bilingual version.
The last version is the "1.7", check your version under "/About" in the software.
Before installing, if you have an old version, pass by the control panel to clean up.
Here innovations of the version 1.7 and what it remains to make.
- This version is bilingual: French/English.
- Bearing Exchange on 169 currencies.
- The data base currencies is updated via Internet in 15 seconds. It is you who decide to update
it or not.
- Version 1.7 as well makes it possible the update of the base to be carried out into
direct-dialup, as in protected mode, behind a firewall or a proxy for example. This firewall
can be SSL or normal. The software creates a connection 128 bits on your proxy SSL if it is
necessary.
- Version 1.7 contains universal Time Zone on 190 cities around the world.
- Some calculator, simple but practical:
- Calculation of VAT
- Calculation of loan
- Calculation of saving, for those which likes dream.
- Possibility of working easily with the most used currencies, a maximum of things are left with
choices (currencies, rate, language ect)
The great fonts of screen are still not implemented, therefore if your screen is as large fonts that
is likely to be a little hard for you (in the config of screen pass by again in small fonts.)
Finally this software was 100% written in Perl.
