  Describe:
A completely distributed batch job and scheduling system. BQMS, the Batch Queue Management System for Windows NT/9x/Unix, is a completely distributed batch job and scheduling system. BQMS Batch Agents provide the ability to submit jobs to a specific machine or a class of machines. BQMS also supports workload balancing and job restart/checkpoint facilities. Batch jobs are submitted and execute using the issuer's security context. Moreover, BQMS itself provides the administrator with the ability to assign permissions just as with other NT objects. Batch jobs are also provided with the ability to log all batch job output to an audit file for later examination, automatically. BQMS includes both a Window GUI and command-line program for queue management and job submission.
